Ways to work with LVE Design
Signature Consultation
EUR 750 excl. VAT | EUR 900 incl. VAT
A two-hour consultation to settle priorities and unlock the next decisions, for a home of up to 120 square metres and two priority rooms.
Included: pre-session questionnaire and review of your plans and photographs; a two-hour visit in Paris and its immediate surroundings; guidance on circulation, colour, materials and furniture; a three to five page PDF summary with priority actions and indicative references, within five working days; a twenty-minute follow-up call within seven days.
Not included: measured survey, construction drawings, 3D views, full shopping list, contractor consultation, orders and site supervision.
Additional hour EUR 90 excl. VAT. Payable on booking.
If you continue with a Concept, two hours of work are deducted from the Concept fee.
Concept
From EUR 3,500 excl. VAT | EUR 4,200 incl. VAT
A creative study that defines one coherent direction for a room or open space of up to 40 square metres, before any purchase or technical study.
Included: two layout options and development of the one you choose; a mood board; a materials and colour palette; two 3D views; a curated selection of up to twelve furniture or lighting references with observed prices; a remote presentation, one consolidated round of feedback and a final PDF. Two to three weeks, excluding approval time.
Not included: on-site survey, structural and services studies, technical drawings for kitchens or joinery, permits, orders and site supervision.
Two additional 3D views EUR 700 excl. VAT. Payment 50 / 30 / 20.
Residence
Fees on a tailored proposal.
Design and creative direction for several rooms of a home, organised in four phases.
Included: phase one, brief, survey visit, programme and two layout options; phase two, detailed design, palettes, 3D views and principle drawings for bespoke furniture; phase three, specification file and supplier or contractor comparison; phase four, site visits for aesthetic consistency, written reports and a half day of decorative styling.
Not included: purchasing and order management, building works, permits, structural and services studies, construction drawings, technical site management and technical acceptance.
Private Sourcing
From EUR 3,000 excl. VAT | EUR 3,600 incl. VAT
A personal selection of furniture, lighting and accessories for an interior whose direction is already defined.
Included: brief and validated furniture budget; up to twenty references from up to five suppliers, with up to two options each; a comparison table of dimensions, finishes, prices, availability and lead times; one consolidated round of feedback and a validation presentation; administrative follow-up of the chosen orders for up to eight weeks and a half day of decorative styling.
Fees: the higher of EUR 3,000 excl. VAT and 15 percent of the net value, excluding VAT, of the items ordered with LVE Design’s support. Clients purchase and pay suppliers directly; delivery, assembly, returns and warranties remain those of each supplier.
Pre-purchase Design Review
EUR 950 excl. VAT | EUR 1,140 incl. VAT
An informed view on the design potential of a property before you buy, for a home of up to 150 square metres.
Included: review of the plans, listing, photographs and documents provided; a ninety-minute visit; two options for use or organisation, illustrated with principle sketches where the plans allow; a visual record of constraints and the list of questions to put to the relevant professionals; a four to six page PDF note with an indicative budget range by category; a thirty-minute debrief. Three working days after the visit.
Not included: this is not a structural survey, a regulatory diagnosis, a property valuation, legal advice or planning approval; transformations and costs must be confirmed by the relevant contractors, engineers or architects.
Hospitality & Retail
Fees on a tailored proposal.
Design and creative direction for hotels, guest houses, boutiques and restaurants: atmosphere, layout and materials that serve both guests and daily operations.
Included: brief and site analysis, concept and atmosphere, layout and circulation for guests and staff, materials, lighting and furniture specification, coordination with the project partners.
Not included: technical studies, permits and compliance files, handled by the project's architect and engineers.
Signature Heritage
Fees on a tailored proposal, based on the pieces commissioned.
Our most bespoke offer: interiors shaped with Andalusian and Arabic craftsmanship — zellige, carved plaster, marquetry and hand-forged metal — commissioned from ateliers in Spain and North Africa.
Included: sourcing of the ateliers, drawings for the workshops, sample approvals, follow-up of production and installation.
Not included: structural work, technical studies and site supervision by third parties.
Prices shown include French VAT at 20 percent where applicable.
